Utah senator blocks Collins’ bill for national museums honoring Latinos, women

Typical of Sen. Collins. Support something symbolic - a museum, nice but still a symbol- and oppose substantive proposals- the original ACA, support the outrageous 2017 tax cut, oppose revisions to the Patriot Act designed to protect civil liberties (i.e. the USA Freedom Act supported by Sen. King). And according to the article, all Sen. Lee did was to oppose a voice vote. Under Senate rules, Sen. Collins could have asked for a voice vote. Wonder why she didn't.
