Portland Press Herald - The overall condition of the state’s infrastructure has not improved
in the past four years and the condition of some facilities is
declining, according to a report.The 2016 report card, from the Maine chapter of the American Society
of Civil Engineers, gives the state a C minus across 14 categories,
including energy, roads, bridges, airports, schools, water systems and
public transportation. It was the same grade the state received in 2012.
